Springtide Quilt

It's Springtide Release Day!

Springtide is a fun and fresh beginner friendly pattern featuring large blocks that perfectly showcase your favorite fabric prints. The pattern includes 3 sizes, baby, throw, and twin and instructions for a scrappy fat quarter friendly version.

I made the throw size using AGF Pure Solids by Art Gallery Fabrics in and White Linen as the background fabric. I went with a solid backing for this version to keep with the bold and modern look and feel.

Lamb and Loom Fabrics has quilt kits available in their shop for my cover quilt version!

The amazing quilting is credited to Susanne Cole @shcoledk. She quilted each block and then added a different design on the sashing and I think it looks so fun and different!

I had so much fun making this pattern, I had to make a second version! Becky of Country Chick Fabrics helped me curate this version and has kits available in her shop. I love how the large strips in this pattern showcase all the prints! This was my first time using AGF Denim and I absolutely loved working with it. It’s so soft and it give the quilt a beautiful texture and drape.

Sara @saralucillehandmade made this beautiful throw size using a sofy color palette. I love the way Sara incorporated wovens to add some yummy texture!

Andrea @slidehillquilts made this baby version using all vibrant saturated solids. I love how bright and happy it looks!

Jordan @jordanandjoyco completely blew my mind with her baby size version using all scraps from her stash. I am absolutely in love with this mini grid quilting!

Michelle @compassandwildflower made this sweet scrappy baby version using the Liliput collection by Sharon Holland. I love how the background really makes the fabrics pop!

Sandy @thaicharmllc made this vibrant baby size. These pops of color and against the background fabric are stunning, and don’t even get me started on that quilting! She also has kits in her shop for both the baby and throw size!

Celena @madebycelena made this lovely scrappy throw size using all wovens. The earth tones and textures are incredible together!

Christine @modernstitch_ made this soft and muted throw size. I love that she added the pop of yellow and how she made the sashing a different color!

Jessica @jfeddema1 tackled the twin size! She made this 3 color scrappy version using all solids that turned out truly amazing.

Jennifer Cannon of @piperautumnfabrics made this stunning black and white ombre throw size. I love how she made her own variation and made the centers of the blocks different from the background fabric. She has kits for this version and one using AGF Velvet available in her shop!

Chelsea @createwithchel made this gorgeous baby size using solids, but adding a beautiful polka dot print as the background fabric.
