Shipping
All orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on a specific item. All orders ship via USPS. Shipping costs vary per item and are determined by the destination and weight.
International Shipping – Buyer is responsible for paying any customs fees, duties, and taxes.
Digital Products – A download link will be immediately available on the screen after checkout. An email including the download link will also be sent to your inbox after checkout.
Returns
Physical Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Buyer will receive a refund on the cost of the item, but is responsible for any shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition. To request a refund or exchange, please contact me at sylvia@sylviaraschella.
